Join our dynamic and supportive team of Nurses at Tattenham in delivering exceptional care to our community! We are seeking a dedicated Nurse, whether newly qualified or experienced, who is passionate about patient‑centered care.
Responsibilities
* Assess individual care needs, develop, implement and evaluate holistic programmes of care.
* Set and maintain standards and supervise staff, including deployment when appropriate.
* Facilitate educational programmes for basic, post‑basic and in‑service training in close liaison with the Learning and Development Team.
* Work closely with senior team members to facilitate patient‑focused, innovative research‑based practice in line with Surrey Downs Health & Care objectives.
* Support, mentor and participate in clinical supervision activities with team members.
* Maintain clear, comprehensive, signed and contemporaneous records according to SDHC procedures.
* Carry out data entry and other record‑keeping duties, ensuring timely patient care.
* Participate in the SDHC Clinical Governance Strategy and Risk Management Strategy.
* Act responsibly in protection procedures for vulnerable individuals.
* Undertake any other duties consistent with the post and maintain professional and clinical integrity in line with NMC guidelines.
* Work without direct supervision, maintaining close liaison with the senior team member, and deputise as required.
Other Information
Staff are employed to work within SDHC localities and may be reasonably requested to move base temporarily or on a more permanent basis, as requested by service needs.
