My client an organisation that provides supported housing for Vulnerable adults is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer / Handy person to carry out a wide range of basic maintenance and repairs at void and occupied properties which are located all over West London.
This would include;
Basic electrics i.e. replacing plug sockets, fitting lighting etc, flooring, basic plumbing fitting taps, silicone / finishing, basic carpentry, painting etc.
They have approximately 10 sites which are accessible by walking or short distance public transport, however if you have your own vehicle to use you can fully claim all fuel and parking expenses.
Ideally seeking someone with at least 3 years relevant experience - ideally within a residential / sheltered / supported / social housing setting
Working Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700
Own vehicle - Highly desirable
