Care Assistant Benefits Available

* Generous pay rates £12.00 + 45p per mile (for car drivers) and your travel time
* Probation rate is £11.50 for inexperienced Care Workers

Requirements For The Care Assistant.
* Care Assistant must be flexible, and able to work a key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends. We are also looking for weekend only workers to join us.
* Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care.
* Respect for people suffering from a range of medical conditions with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own. Strong commitment to non-discriminatory care practice.
* Excellent reliability.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to support people with all aspects of their daily living in a manner that respects their dignity, is non-judgmental and promotes their independence, choices and privacy.
* Ability to prioritize workloads effectively so customers receive the services they expect.
* Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures.
* Ability to follow policies, procedures and instructions.
