Join our team as an Accommodation Support Officer and support our participants with their housing needs.
We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Accommodation Support Officers, working across both custodial (HMP) and community settings. This dynamic role is essential in supporting individuals as they transition from prison back into the community, helping them secure and sustain stable accommodation. Successful candidates will work closely with prison staff, probation services, housing providers, and local authorities to assess housing needs, develop resettlement plans, and provide ongoing support post-release. If you are committed to reducing reoffending and making a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
We pride ourselves in delivering person-focused services. While transferable skills are desirable, we understand not everyone can tick every box. If you are engaging and comfortable working with diverse backgrounds, we can provide onsite training and support to develop your skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to build and maintain effective professional relationships with participants and external stakeholders. We seek a role model who can encourage positive changes in attitudes and behavior.
