They are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-start through to completion.
Role
* Manage multiple roofing / cladding projects
* Oversee site teams and subcontractors
* Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards
* Maintain client relationships and reporting
* Manage health & safety and site compliance
Requirements
* Proven experience in commercial roofing or building envelope projects
* Strong organisational and client-facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple live sites
