A vacancy at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a senior administrative point of contact.
2. Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and well-organised.
3. Managing project work and utilising relevant IT systems.
4. Implementing and maintaining efficient office management systems.
5. Supporting team members across all Estates & Facilities functions.
6. Arranging meetings, events, and training sessions; composing and transcribing minutes; ensuring action points are followed up.
7. Managing enquiries effectively and ensuring prompt resolution, with appropriate records maintained.
8. Contributing to patient and business improvement initiatives, including data collation, reporting, and sharing ideas for service improvement.
This position requires effective collaboration, prompt communication, and accurate data management in line with Trust guidelines.
