We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a varied and hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to become an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily administrative operations, including email correspondence and enquiry handling
* Booking quotation visits and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date company diary
* Liaising with managers and site operatives to ensure sites are fully staffed and attended
* Supporting payroll processes by logging sickness, absences, and timesheet information
* Maintaining employee files and records in line with company procedures
* Coordinating uniforms and PPE for staff
* Managing company marketing and social media channels, ensuring messages are responded to promptly
* Providing general administrative support to management and construction teams
* Assisting with organisation and upkeep of warehouse and storage areas
About You:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Proactive and willing to take initiative
* Comfortable using email, calendars and basic office software
What We Offer:
