About the Role We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual to join our Closing Room Team, creating eyelets. Key Responsibilities: Eyeletting Working with various different styles, making accurate holes in shoe uppers Following ticket instructions to ensure the correct work is created. Use various methods and patterns to complete work accurately. Department Work as part of a team and on an individual basis to ensure targets are met. Able to priorities work to meet production needs. Flexible to change dependent on department or factory needs. Able to communicate to Team Leader any issue impacting your work. Highlight any quality issue as they occur. Ability to be trained.
