Position Details
Requirement: You must have a live NMC UK pin to be considered for this post.
Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week.
Shift Pattern: Core hours from 0845 to 1645, Monday to Thursday, and Friday from 1615.
Role Responsibilities
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating compassionate care to support the West Dunbartonshire Addictions Service.
* Assess, formulate, implement, and evaluate care programs using a recovery-focused, strength-based approach that involves the patient and promotes self-management.
* Perform duties independently and supervise junior staff and Healthcare Support Workers.
* Collaborate with patients, carers, and other professionals within legislative, standard, and policy frameworks, often in community settings.
* Participate in Nurse Supervision, mentorship, and staff development activities.
