Premises Officer (SO) Portal Operations Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) Location: The current posts are based at Belfast Portal Inspection, Dargan Drive, Belfast and Larne Portal Inspection, Redlands Road, Larne. Salary: Salary will be within the range £37,694 - £38,990 within which pay progression will be performance related. Ref: IRC323582 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Applicants must, by the closing date for applications: Have a minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience of effective leadership and communication, setting and prioritising goals to meet organisational business objectives. AND Have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing the delivery of a quality service including identifying and implementing improvements to meet the requirements of a diverse range of customers. AND 3.Have 18 months experience working in a relevant premises management role*. AND 4.Hold an Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) certificate or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of appointment.
