Job Title: Procurement Implementation Process Expert
Location: Slough
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is recruiting a Commercial (Procurement) Process Owner to support a key initiative within Mars Global Services (MGS) Commercial / Procurement.
This role will lead the digital transformation of consulting and contingent labour procurement processes across Europe, supporting Mars' global commercial process strategy and digital enablement goals.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the deployment of Source-to-Receipt (S2R) processes, focusing on consulting and contingent labour procurement.
* Translate local needs into global design improvements and promote standardization.
* Implement orchestration/intake tools (e.g., Zip, Tonkean, Oro) to enhance request-to-contract workflows.
* Collaborate with Digital Technologies and Procurement Systems teams for tool configuration and adoption.
* Support integration with sourcing platforms such as Ariba and Coupa.
* Analyze stakeholder and system data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Apply category knowledge to tailor procurement workflows, ensuring supplier performance and compliance.
* Engage stakeholders across functions including Finance, Internal Audit, and Digital.
* Develop and scale pilots for orchestration tools, creating scalable playbooks.
* Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to ensure success and impact.
Key Skills / Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA or higher preferred.
* Extensive experience in strategic sourcing for consulting and contingent labour.
* Proven success in procurement process and digital transformation initiatives.
* Hands-on experience with orchestration/intake tools (Zip, Tonkean, Oro preferred).
* Strong understanding of S2R processes and procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow).
* Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and contract management platforms.
