Job Description
* Take on a hands-on role as the financial controller of the company, managing all aspects of the finance function.
* Support and supervise another group company.
* Oversee daily accounting operations, including operational finance and payments.
* Prepare monthly financial reports with expenditure analysis.
* Generate reports for internal management.
* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure income accuracy and provide sales analysis.
* Assist with CAPEX and stock purchasing.
* Oversee stock management and provide oversight.
* Handle import and export requirements.
* Prepare quarterly VAT returns for trading and holding companies.
* Manage financial relationships with customers, suppliers, tax authorities, and auditors.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective financial responsibilities.
* Forecast costs annually, updating monthly with business developments.
* Develop yearly budgets with relevant departments.
* Prepare annual financial statements and manage year-end audits.
* Review and improve existing processes for efficiency and automation.
Qualifications
* Hold an ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Experience managing a team and fostering a positive environment.
* Ownership of reporting responsibilities.
* Strong relationship-building skills across all levels.
Additional Points
* Experience in the gambling industry is a plus.
Technology Skills
* Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP.
* Competency in MS Office applications.
* Quick learner of PO systems, BI reporting, and analysis tools.
