What you will do: Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure consistent, efficient output Drive process efficiency, repeatability, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams Develop, optimise, and standardise manufacturing processes Design and implement tooling and fixtures to improve assembly and manufacture Reduce scrap, rework, and non-conformances through structured problem solving Support both existing products and new product introductions (NPI) Ensure compliance within a highly regulated AS9100 aerospace environment You’ll also contribute to capital investment cases, PFMEAs, cost estimates, and the introduction of new technology to improve quality and productivity.
