We are looking for a rock-star Global SDR Manager (player / manager) to supercharge our clients SDR team. Our client is experiencing massive growth and need someone to build and lead a world-class team. This is a seriously important role and we're moving fast to find the right person!

* SaaS sales & SDR team management experience
* Proven ability to build high-performing SDR teams (ideally globally)
* An excellent coach
* Strong analytical skills for KPI performance management

* Build and manage a global SDR team
* Build processes, playbooks and strategies to ensure best practice
* Be hands on in building a pipeline of opportunities
* Develop and implement lead generation strategies
