General Manager – Brunch Restaurant
Kensington | £55,000 + 15% Bonus
We’re recruiting on behalf of a popular, well-established daytime brunch restaurant in Kensington that’s looking for a people-first General Manager with real personality.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, feel-good environment where energy, warmth and presence on the floor matter just as much as commercial ability. Late nights are not the norm here — the business is daytime-focused, with only occasional evening events.
The Role
* Leading the restaurant day-to-day and setting the tone for service and culture
* Managing and developing a strong front and back of house team
* Owning standards, guest experience and team engagement
* Overseeing rotas, costs, KPIs and overall business performance
* Acting as the face of the restaurant, especially with regular guests
The Ideal Candidate
* Currently a General Manager or a strong Deputy GM ready to step up
* Known for their personality, positivity and people skills
* Confident running a busy service while keeping things fun and professional
* Passionate about quality food, coffee and hospitality
