As a Senior QA Engineer, you will act as a quality advocate within an Agile team, driving BDD and TDD practices and ensuring quality is embedded throughout the SDLC. You will work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to deliver in-sprint QA and high levels of test automation, with a particular focus on API and CI/CD-driven testing. The Person * Strong experience in QA engineering within Agile environments * Proven background in test automation (API and end-to-end) * Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar * Proficiency in a programming or scripting language (e.g. Java, JavaScript) * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity) * Knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g. Cucumber) and non-functional testing * Experience with performance, load, and stress testing tools * Strong understanding of quality practices across the full SDLC * Confident communicator, comfortable working with distributed teams * Proactive, delivery-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities Desirable: * Experience with complex, data-driven, or regulated systems * Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architectures * Background in financial or trading systems * Formal testing certifications (ISTQB or Agile testing qualifications) Benefits: Work From Home
