You will be responsible for working in a team under the direction of the Class Teacher, but to also use your initiative to support the child throughout their learning. You will be expected to: Strong positive behaviour management strategies. Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher Be flexible and encouraging when working with this pupil. Be adaptable with the child’s learning environment. Communicate and observe personal and learning development.
