Salary: up to £55,709 including Market Force Payments (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.
Nice-to-Have
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards
* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in construction
* Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics
* Provide evidence of continuing professional development
* Evidence of effective tracking and monitoring of a wide range of students on a range of different programmes
* Experience of teaching Construction from Levels 1, 2 and 3 within a teaching/training environment
* Ability to deliver functional skills within relevant subject area
