Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning services to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a proactive and talented Newly Qualified Architect to join their team in Southport.

Duties
* Manage and deliver on various residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
* Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
Skills and Experience
* ARB registered
* Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficiency with ArchiCAD is advantageous
* Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent drawing and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Southport area
