Cranswick Gourmet Bacon is looking for a talented Development Technologist to join our NPD team. Based at our state-of-the-art site in Sherburn-in-Elmet, this role is perfect for someone passionate about innovation and creating premium products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead NPD projects from concept to launch
* Work closely with chefs, commercial, and site teams
* Develop market-leading products that meet customer and business requirements
* Attend customer meetings and manage product presentations
* Ensure all documentation is completed and compliant
* Support trials, launches, and pre-production activities
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Food Technology or similar
* 2+ years’ NPD experience (ideally with retail customers)
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Experience with NPD systems
* Full UK driving licence
