Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Relationship Management: Own the end-to-end relationship with one of Straumann’s most strategic DSO partners. Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, operational leaders, and clinical influencers. Build a deep understanding of the customer’s strategy, challenges, and goals, positioning Straumann as a trusted, long-term partner. Navigate challenging conversations and find mutually beneficial solutions in high-pressure scenarios.
* Programme & Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives, pilots, and implementations across the DSO network. Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery and monitor KPIs to report progress and adapt plans accordingly.
* Account Development & Commercial Growth: Identify and develop opportunities within the existing account, including new site rollouts, digital workflows, training, and portfolio expansion. Build strategic account plans with clear goals and revenue targets, leveraging data for decision-making.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal stakeholders to remove obstacles and drive success. Facilitate governance meetings to maintain momentum.
* Market & Industry Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments. Use insights to anticipate customer needs and differentiate Straumann from competitors.

Qualifications & Experience

* Proven track record managing complex, strategic accounts in healthcare, medtech, pharma, or dental industry. Experience with DSOs is highly desirable.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
* Commercial acumen to drive outcomes while maintaining relationship value.
* Technical literacy in digital health solutions and workflows.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
