Location: Golborne Library
Student Age: 15
Hours: 6 hours per week (3 sessions per week, 2 hours each)
Subjects: Maths or English, or combined Maths & English delivery
We are looking for a kind, patient and consistent tutor to support a 15-year-old student with SEND. The ideal tutor will be confident adapting lessons, creating a calm learning environment and helping the student re-engage positively with education.
Role responsibilities:
* Deliver structured 1:1 lessons in Maths and/or English
* Provide 6 hours weekly across 3 days
* Plan engaging sessions tailored to the learner’s needs
* Maintain clear communication and short progress updates
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with SEND
* Confident teaching KS3/KS4 English and/or Maths
* Professional, dependable and positive in approach
* Able to work in Golborne Library for each session
