Part-Time Mental Health Therapist Position
About the Role
We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care with a tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide counseling services to clients with varying needs, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to individual requirements.
* Treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
* Possibly provide care to additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
* Maintain an up-to-date calendar displaying availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
* You are properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in the United Kingdom. We cannot accept applications from individuals requiring clinical supervision.
* A minimum of 3 years of independent, post-training experience is required.
* Access to a computer or laptop, comfort with technology, and tele-health competence are necessary.
* In-person availability for Spring Health members in Haverhill is required.
* Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT are essential.
* Comfortability with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks is required.
* Commitment to quality clinical care and a willingness to expand capabilities through feedback on client progress or challenges is desired.
