Its rich history, beautiful grounds, and focus on relaxation and hospitality provides a unique experience for both leisure and business guests.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR and Payroll Advisor to lead the people and culture function at Billesley Manor Hotel and Spa. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational managers, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our brand values.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all HR matters</li><li>Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding</li><li>Lead employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management</li><li>Support with payroll processing and compliance</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records and reporting</li><li>Support learning and development initiatives across the hotel</li><li>Oversee payroll processes in liaison with finance</li><li>Drive employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and retention strategies</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within hospitality</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law</li><li>Confident managing employee relations cases independently</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Discreet and professional with the ability to handle confidential information</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li><b>Free Meals on Duty</b>: Fuel your success with free meals on duty, ensuring youre nourished and ready to conquer challenges during your work hours.</li><li><b>Free Leisure Club Membership</b>: Because we know your well being is important,</li><li><b>Food & Beverage Discounts</b>: Calling all foodies!
