Key Responsibilities: As a supply secondary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to Secondary school students.
* Adhering to the school's curriculum and contributing to its development.
* Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their academic growth.
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
* Proactivity, resilience, kindness and empathy
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us)
* A full checkable work history
* A relevant teaching qualification
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to the educational development of Secondary school students.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
