Full time Permanent placement starting in January 2024 From £17,000 a year Must have at least 2 years experience working within childcare Long - Term Teachers are seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join a brand new specialist school in the new year. This role is essential in fostering a constructive and dynamic learning environment, aiding the delivery of high-quality education across various subjects. The successful candidate will support our teaching staff in creating engaging and inclusive educational experiences that encourage student participation and learning. Key Responsibilities Include: Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of daily lesson plans and educational activities. Supporting the assessment of student progress, marking assignments, and providing constructive feedback. Facilitating small group sessions and one-to-one support for students requiring extra help. Participating in school meetings and professional development sessions. Ensuring classroom environments are safe and conducive to learning. Maintaining records of students' progress and behaviour. Contributing to the creation of a positive and supportive learning atmosphere. You will be contracted to work 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only. There will be an opportunity to progress to a permanent position, once you have passed probation.
