Job Summary
The Educator is the foundation of our success. Educators create world‑class customer service and a superior guest experience in our retail stores. They engage and connect with guests, share high‑quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact with guests to ensure a great experience that respects their time.
* Assess guests’ needs and provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
* Provide technical product education, articulating value and benefit.
* Facilitate seamless end‑to‑end guest experience, including accurate transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store). Follow company standards.
* Move dynamically on the floor, continuously engaging guests and attending to store needs.
* Receive guest feedback, partner with store leadership to take appropriate action, and “make it right.”
* Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
* Establish supportive relationships with all team members.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
* Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., restock, relocate items) per company standards.
* Use in‑store technology to support operations and provide positive experiences.
* Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the luxury environment.
* Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
* Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Requirements
Eligibility
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence of local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
* Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with personal transportation.
Availability
* Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Willingness Requirements
* Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
* Willing to move through the store for most of a shift to help guests and complete tasks.
* Willing to move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
* Willing to work both as part of a team and independently.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
