Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing high-street law firm, based in Marlborough, which is seeking an experienced and skilled Private Client Solicitor to join their team of experts in providing exceptional service to their high-net-worth clients.ROLE: Private Client SolicitorLOCATION: Marlborough – hybridSALARY: £60,000 to £80,000 per annumKey Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor role:
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to: Drafting wills, Estate planning, Trust creation and administration, Probate and estate administration, Powers of attorney and Tax planning.
* Provide an expert service to existing clients whilst also driving business development for new clients to the firm.
* Supervising Paralegals and/or trainees as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor with a practising certificate in England and Wales.
* Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client work.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax law.
* Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.
