Sales Consultant
to join our dynamic team at
Lexus Leeds

In return, you will receive a
competitive basic salary of £23,574.54 per annum
and up to
£50,879.54 including OTE
, plus excellent benefits.
This is a full-time role, working an average five-day week (8:30 – 18:00), with
one fixed day off each week and every other weekend off
.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Engaging with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the perfect vehicle
* Managing the sales process from start to finish, including test drives, negotiations, and financing options
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Staying up to date with our latest models, features, and industry trends
* Achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Previous customer service experience
* A confident, outgoing, and professional approach
* A valid UK driving licence
