Role Overview:
As a CSM, you will play a key role in executing high-performing paid media campaigns, advising clients on strategy, and helping them make full use of the Adzact platform. You’ll work closely with channel experts to support the execution of client objectives and work with the Senior Client Success Manager to deliver strong outcomes, ensure operational excellence, and provide insight that supports continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Execution: Coordinate with channel experts to optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and programmatic platforms.
* Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on execution, targeting, and creative best practices to maximise ROI, with the support of channel experts.
* Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and track against KPIs.
* Analytics & Reporting: Provide campaign insights and performance data to clients and internal teams to drive ROI and inform account plans.
* Client Collaboration: Act as a key operational contact for clients and their digital agencies to ensure campaign goals are met.
* Platform Enablement: Train and support users on how to navigate and maximise value from the Adzact platform.
* User Management: Manage client access, monitor platform usage, and support adoption across client teams.
* Support Planning: Collaborate with the Senior CSM to support strategic account planning with media and performance insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years in digital media, paid social, or performance marketing
* Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads is essential; familiarity with Meta Ads Google Ads and programmatic platforms (e.g. Stackadapt) is a plus
* Hands-on experience managing ad campaigns
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights
* Experience training clients or internal stakeholders on digital tools or platforms
* Clear, confident communication and client-handling skills
* Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
