We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy and highly regarded Tax & Trusts (Private Client) team based in York. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and dynamic team, working on a broad range of high-quality matters including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts.
The Role
* Supporting fee earners with Tax & Trusts / Private Client work
* Managing file opening and client onboarding processes
* Handling client correspondence and internal administration
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Assisting with general office and team support tasks
About You
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretarywithin Tax & Trusts
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
