Role overview
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join us at the ground level – learning all aspects of recruitment (candidate sourcing, business development) with the help and guidance of other Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers.
Key responsibilities
4. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
5. Client relationship management and help deliver excellent service
6. Qualify job briefs and develop job specs in collaboration with senior consultants
7. Learn and utilise recruitment tools, CRM systems, job boards, and social/professional networks
8. Business development-identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding our client base
9. Engage in team meetings, knowledge‑sharing, and community initiatives consistent with our B‑Corp ethos
10. Hit agreed metrics and targets

11. A strong communicator: you can write & speak confidently and persuasively

13. A collaborative mindset – comfortable working in and contributing to a team
14. Organised, with good attention to detail
15. Some experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory
