This role is pivotal in driving customer-centric strategies by leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Insight Partner, you will be expected to: Identify knowledge and information gaps and initiate research projects to address them. Manage sourcing, validation, and delivery of data used by brand teams for decision making. Organize and manage quality research programs aligned with brand strategy. Provide informed analysis on products, therapy areas, and competitors to recommend actions. Develop and maintain models and dashboards to monitor product performance. Facilitate brand team insight gathering and support patient journey assessments.
