We're looking for an Accounts Semi Senior who's ready to grow their career in a fun, professional environment. You'll be working with an inspiring client base – from independent film studios and designers to digital creatives and musicians.
About the Role:
You'll be supporting a varied portfolio of clients, preparing accounts, VAT returns and assisting with management accounts – all while building strong relationships with people who don't speak "accountant" as a first language.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies
* Assisting with management accounts & VAT returns
* Cloud bookkeeping (mainly Xero)
* Supporting clients with software and finance queries
* Contributing to a collaborative, energetic team
About You:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice
* AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified (or qualified by experience)
* Confident using Xero and cloud systems
* Great communication skills – especially with non-finance professionals
* A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the creative sector
