Position: Registered Manager
Days of work: Full Time
Hours: 09:00-17:00 / 40 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience

ARC Recruitment are working closely with one of our clients who are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their team within one of their Residential Care Homes in Attleborough, Norfolk.
As the Registered manager you will be responsible for the operational management of the home. Leading the care team to deliver high-quality care within the home.
You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership of staff providing the best outcomes for the residents. You will be familiar with Care Home regulations. Ensuring the home is adhering to all organisational policies and procedures. Act as the designated Safeguarding Lead within the home and part of the wider Safeguarding management team within the organisation.
The overall management of the home requires a manager who is friendly and approachable whilst being driven and highly organised.
Ideally our client is looking for candidates who are experienced Registered Managers in care home settings or would consider experienced Deputy Managers looking for the next step in their career.

The ideal applicant will:
Ideally proven experience running a care home, ideally for older people
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or equivalent
A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving outstanding CQC rating
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team
Have Excellent People Management skills, Developing positive working relationships with both internal and external professionals.
Be capable of managing information, evaluating, monitoring and reporting.
