About the Role
As Headteacher, you will:
1. Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school in partnership with the Governing Body and The Cedar Federation.
2. Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, personalised curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils.
3. Promote a positive, inclusive school culture where pupils thrive academically and personally.
4. Lead and develop a strong, motivated team committed to excellence and innovation.
5. Oversee safeguarding, organisational management, and effective use of resources to ensure efficiency and value for money.
