Plus Distant Island Allowance: £1,349 (pro rata)

NHS Western Isles CAMHs seeks a Community Mental Health Worker based in Uist & Barra to enhance CAMHs capacity and support the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people, and their families. The role involves working within the CAMHs framework and integrated children’s services plan, delivering mental health care, providing training, and serving as a liaison between universal and specialist services. The post includes managing a CAMHs caseload.
You will work as an autonomous practitioner, supported by an experienced team, collaborating with colleagues across Children and Adolescent Mental Health services, with access to tailored training programs.
