Your Role
Our Road Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel provides services to move goods across Europe. The sales team sources, engages, and maintains our customer base, ensuring shipments are booked efficiently and delivered on time. You could be shipping Canoes to Croatia or Shoes to Slovakia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills, expand your network, and contribute to the company's growth. Your Responsibilities
* Process bookings from clients and overseas agents.
* Provide operational support for Sales Managers.
* Coordinate shipment movements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Handle shipment issues and update clients or Sales Managers.
* Process sales and purchase invoices.
* Participate in meetings and training.
* Make sales calls and onboard new customers.
* Analyze sales performance and prepare review meetings.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Minimum GCSEs at grades 3–9 / A*-D, including Maths & English.
* Passionate about customer service, with a strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
* Good planning and organization skills, ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is beneficial.
* Applicants must have been resident in the EEA for at least the last 3 years.
* This is an entry-level position; experienced candidates may consider other roles.

* Contract: 21st October 2024 – 16th October 2026
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:15
* Location: Office based
Recruitment Process:
