We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Manchester for a Solicitor to join their Motor team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a successful Motor team, handling litigated motor claims on behalf of insurer and commercial clients.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of defendant matters, ensuring compliance with the CPR and SRA code of conduct, and delivering efficient, commercially focused outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
* 1+ years’ PQE;
* Personal injury law background;
* Defence litigation experience desirable;
* Strong academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Strong negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
