What does the Transport Office Clerk role involve? * Print and prepare route paperwork, including delivery schedules, manifests, and shipping labels, for drivers. * Organize and distribute administrative documents to ensure smooth transportation operations. * Maintain accurate records of shipment details, invoices, and delivery receipts in both physical and digital formats. * Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to confirm delivery routes and schedules. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery statuses. * Monitor and restock office supplies, including printing materials and shipping forms. * Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations in all documentation. * Assist in tracking and reporting transportation metrics to improve operational efficiency.
