Job Description We're seeking an experienced Technical & Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and technical operations across our portfolio of luxury event venues and premium commercial spaces in West London Role Purpose: The Technical Permit & Compliance Manager will ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies and remain aligned to and be the responsible person to administer the client permitting system. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all these aspects and levels as well as providing guidance on permitting and compliance matters. The Compliance Manager is expected to be well-versed in legal guidelines and statutory compliance best practices including substantial experience in permitting within a technical (MEP) environment. They are professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. You must be comfortable saying “no” when necessary and be result-oriented. The goal is to preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course.
