We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Officer with a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
1. Website Support & WordPress CMS: Assisting with website updates, content publishing, and basic website maintenance using WordPress. Ensure content is optimised for usability, accessibility, and SEO in collaboration with the Website & Analytics Manager.
2. Email Marketing: Producing, scheduling, and optimising email campaigns using industry-standard tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent). Implement A/B testing, monitor performance, and identify improvements to maximise engagement.
3. Social Media: Helping to schedule, monitor, and create assets for social media activity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across platforms.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a Digital Marketing role, with an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. You will support the wider digital team with content creation, scheduling and monitoring of our social media channels and will help to generate new multi-platform content across the website, email newsletters, and social media to help us reach and growth our target audiences. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is essential.
