The Reception Supervisor will be working alongside the Reception Manager to ensure that all guest needs are met to the high standard required by the hotel, coordinating with all front of house colleagues to ensure our guests’ expectations are always exceeded. Acting as the face of the Hotel, the successful reception supervisor will have an exception eye for detail, a friendly nature with excellent customer service skills, ensuring the best customer journey throughout their stay.
Under the direction of the Reception Manager, you will assist in achieving the goals and targets set by maximising Occupancy / Room Rates, by maintaining and building upon the reputation of the hotel, and by ensuring that business objectives are accomplished. You will also oversee and direct a team of highly skilled Receptionists while ensuring that guest needs are met to the highest standards.
