Overview
This role would suit a strong administrator ideally with an understanding of contracts and tenders. Need to be meticulous with good attention to detail, highly organised, requiring multi-tasking and prioritisation in a dynamic sales-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities
The role holder will be responsible for:
* Searching the Bid Tracker database using pre-defined criteria to identify Public Sector tender opportunities.
* Receiving tender documents, managing the tender process, collating internal information, and producing documentation within specified timescales.
* Configuring pricing solutions and preparing documentation for the sales teams to deliver to customers.
* Providing data analysis on pricing models and bid solutions, forecasting margins and gross profit, in collaboration with the finance team.
* Ensuring qualification and review processes are completed per company policies.
* Manipulating data and producing management information; communicating tender statuses to senior management.
* Monitoring tender outcomes and expiry dates of contracts, taking appropriate actions.
* Developing and maintaining a database of standard response documents for tenders to ensure consistency.
* Liaising with business units, sales managers, and teams.
* Attending exhibitions, conferences, and sales meetings as required.
* Supporting the corporate team with pricing, quotes, bids, and tenders; assisting with incoming queries.
* Managing the Price Plan & reviews process to service levels for Field Sales Consultants & Kent Outbound.
* Producing reports for external customers, Sales Managers, and Senior Management.
* Managing and reporting on internal processes following SOX guidelines.
* Cross-training and providing backup for the customer gatekeeper role.
* Providing monthly operations reports to senior management.
* Participating in special projects and other duties as required.

Skills & Experience Required
Qualifications and skills:
o Advanced IT literacy in Word, Outlook, Excel; knowledge of Access and PowerPoint is advantageous.
Experience:
o Knowledge of dental products is an advantage but not essential.
o Strong IT skills and familiarity with JDE or other ERP systems.
o High competency in proposal production within a Public Sector environment.
