Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS, with a TLR2 available for a suitable candidate A high-achieving 11-18 school in Shropshire is seeking a knowledgeable and inspiring RE Teacher to join its respected Humanities faculty. This is a significant opportunity for a teacher who wants to teach the full range from Year 7 to Year 13 and who is keen to play a leading role in shaping the department's curriculum and co-curricular offer. The successful candidate will teach Religious Studies across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (AQA GCSE RS), as well as A-level Philosophy and Ethics in the sixth form. A TLR2 is available for an experienced candidate who is ready to take on curriculum leadership within the department, including overseeing the development of the KS3 programme and coordinating the school's SMSC provision. All candidates will be expected to contribute to assemblies, reflection days, and the school's annual ethics and philosophy lecture series, which invites external speakers from academic and professional life.
