Overview
The Service Line Lead will lead the delivery of health and social care services across HPFT’s learning disability and mental health divisions. The role supports the trust’s vision, strategic plan and transformation agenda, ensuring safe, high‑quality, 24‑hour care for service users.
Responsibilities
* Ensure effective, whole‑systems delivery of 24‑hour care services for the Division, meeting performance targets.
* Lead the financial planning, balance and performance management of the Division.
* Co‑ordinate with senior managers from other divisions and clinical leaders to promote equity in service access across HPFT.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with system partners, supporting partnership development and operational management of all facilities.
* Communicate the Division strategy and service delivery to the community, external bodies, media and the public.
* Provide visible, strategic leadership to enable a strong team and clear direction for staff.
* Deputise for the Head of Service when required.
