The Role
The Translational Biology Team is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to understanding human disease mechanisms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advancing therapies and biomarker strategies for metabolic diseases, with proven project leadership, CRO management, and expertise in preclinical target validation and translational studies.
Responsibilities
* Lead scientific projects, designing and executing work packages to support pre-clinical target progression and ensure early translational decision-making.
* Manage budgets, communicate risks, and report progress to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
* PhD with drug discovery experience or equivalent industry background.
* Deep understanding of molecular and cellular mechanisms in obesity.
