General Manager – “Indoor entertainment venue”
Salary: £40,000 +
Location: Watford

Role
1. Drive the recruitment, training and development of staff
2. Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times with customers and staff
3. Always Providing exceptional customer service to customers
4. Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans,
5. Drive planned and speculative outreach activities
6. Development of the corporate business portfolio
7. Responsible for the overall operational running of the site
8. Drive secondaries spend on F+B and retail
9. Fully financial accountability
About You
10. At least 3 years' management experience ideally within the Leisure Industry
11. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
12. Enthusiastic and proactive
13. Team player with leadership qualities
14. The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team and drive results is also essential.
15. A goal-focused approach with great communication and customer service skills.
