We are a small but growing organisation with a big mission, and we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Fundraising Manager to help drive our fundraising efforts and secure sustainable income for our vital work.
* Location: Hybrid – St Pauls, Bristol & Home Working
* Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
* Closing Date: 09:00, 17th February 2025
* Interviews: 25th & 26th February

As our Fundraising Manager, you will:
* Develop and implement a diverse fundraising strategy
* Research and write compelling funding applications for trusts, foundations, and corporate partners
* Build and maintain strong donor relationships
* Grow individual giving through innovative campaigns
* Lead community fundraising initiatives and corporate partnerships
* Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful appeals
* Support fundraising events and outreach activities
You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on doer with:
* Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or community engagement
* A track record of securing funding from trusts, grants, and corporate donors
* Excellent communication skills to craft persuasive funding proposals
* Strong relationship-building skills to engage with funders and stakeholders
* A proactive, organised approach with great time management
