About the Role
As a Solicitor within our Commercial Property team, you'll handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Development work
* Corporate support on property elements of transactions
You'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the Wigan office. This is a role for someone who wants exposure to great quality work in an expanding team.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong fit if you are:
* A qualified commercial property solicitor (ideally 3+ PQE)
* Experienced in handling a broad range of commercial property matters
* Confident managing client relationships
* Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
